turning banner into HTML

i just recetly made a banner for myspace, xanga, live journals, etc. but i dont know how to turn it into html (code) so i can make it part of the layout. does anyone know the code, or know the site where i can find it? thanks in advance! will rate! < 33 xx

well go to www.imageshack.us then click on "browse" then find the banner you made and click open, then click "upload" a bunch of codes will come up but copy the one that says "direct link to image" then paste that in the code of the layout! hope that helps (hah i`m a layout maker too =])
