hi, i have a major test tommorow and i would like to know if there are any foods like that are bad for you if you want to stay calm. i know that sounds weird but im just wondering. is mexican food okay? like is there any sort of chemicals in these foods that might make me extra hyper or anything?

This is a medical question, which I'm not really qulified to answer. I've found that anything caffinated isn't good. Orange juice makes me alert and assertive; ready to take the test.
