The box has instructions on it on how to put it in.. Take your time and read carefully..

People handle pain differently,So some people say it hurts and some don`t.. I personally never had a problem.. ♥Dez

it doesnt hurt past like the first time using them
and it says how to put them in on the box and some tampons even show picture.

its really easy once you get the hang of it. use plastic applicators its so much easier and make sure they are teen or slim fit ones.

the first time it may hurt a bit but after that its so easy and painfree

Using a tampon shouldn't hurt at all. When you have it in, you shouldn't be able to tell you even are on your period. You forget all about it.

Start of with the smallest size available - usually a "lite" or "junior." I still use juniors because I'm small and I have a lighter flow. No need for anything larger. In fact, it's worse if you use one that's too big. Stay small. :)

I've included a few websites with GREAT information on tampons - including how to use them.

There's really nothing scary about it.

if you read the instructions in the box it will help you out a lot.
if you do it right, you wont even feel them.

Hey. Tampons usually have instructions and if you play about with them it will make it alot easier. It may hurt a little, its different for everyone. You place it where it goes and pull the cardboard off and it sort of inserts itself... you will see when you look at them. Buy some and try doing everything i said to it in the air before you, so you can see how it works. (Throw this one away, dont try and insert it...) hope ive helped slightly. Best of luck xxxx
