DancinCutie08 answered Friday January 27 2006, 4:50 pm: it doesnt hurt past like the first time using them
and it says how to put them in on the box and some tampons even show picture.
its really easy once you get the hang of it. use plastic applicators its so much easier and make sure they are teen or slim fit ones.
FunnyCide answered Friday January 27 2006, 1:55 pm: Using a tampon shouldn't hurt at all. When you have it in, you shouldn't be able to tell you even are on your period. You forget all about it.
Start of with the smallest size available - usually a "lite" or "junior." I still use juniors because I'm small and I have a lighter flow. No need for anything larger. In fact, it's worse if you use one that's too big. Stay small. :)
I've included a few websites with GREAT information on tampons - including how to use them.
Tan answered Friday January 27 2006, 12:00 pm: Hey. Tampons usually have instructions and if you play about with them it will make it alot easier. It may hurt a little, its different for everyone. You place it where it goes and pull the cardboard off and it sort of inserts itself... you will see when you look at them. Buy some and try doing everything i said to it in the air before you, so you can see how it works. (Throw this one away, dont try and insert it...) hope ive helped slightly. Best of luck xxxx [ Tan's advice column | Ask Tan A Question ]
