I want to loose weight even though I'm only 122

well, you can watch what you eat. 100calorie snack packs are great, and delicious!! Try to cut back on the soda and drink more 100%juices, and water. Milk's great too! Cut back to the sweets, and try to excersize more. Don't sit there holding the couch down while your watching tv, do some crunches or push-ups, lift weights, or something like that. Run around the neighborhood, dance!! go for the apple, instead of the apple candy! Excersize, and watch what you eat!!
