hey i'm 16 & i want to try out for competitive poms team at my studio in the spring. i have a good memory, & i can pick things up pretty fast, i'm just not flexible at all. how can i get flexible really fast?

i recomend stretching every second you get and if you can try taking yoga classes it really helps with flexiblity.. also if you can get your split you can do like anything.. work on that alot. and once you get that work on and over split which is bascially your prop your front leg up so your split is bigger.. and trust me if you work on your split youll get it by spring.. it till me only a few monthes to get mine
