Then they do put two fingers up your vagins to feel the two lumps at the end which tells them your a virgin. Get a friendly woman doctor to do it cause it would scare you to have a man doctor. Then stay calm she will take good care of you too. She will ask you questions about your period and to keep track of it on the calendar. Hope i helped!!!

They give pap smears also and my first time i got like a pen shaped camera put inside of me so they could see better.. I personally was very nervous too i was shaking.. But it went alot quicker then i thought.. Also they checked my brest..

I have a web site for you that will tell you what happens during an exam. If you have questions that you want to ask the doctor or nurse, write them down before you go. You will be understandably nervous and it will help you to remember. :)
