do you have any good tips for loosing weight? im not hugely obese, im just a few pounds over what i would like to be and i have a pool party at the end of the year with the whole 7th grade, and i would like to start early so that i have time to loose it all. thankss!

well first off you need to eat healthy..cut back on the junk food! you dont have to like turn into a health freak or anything but like also cut back on the pop if you drink it..water is SO much better for you!! exercise is always good too..you could always go to a gym and like go on the treadmiles..if you dont have one at home!? those work really good HmMmMm..i think that should help tho! the main thing is eating the right foods..you can always go on a diet..but you said that you werent like really overweight so its up to you!! hope i helped..if you need anything else be sure to let me know!
