Find the height of a triangle with a base of 4 inches and an area of 6 inches2 (the 2 is sopposed to be small and at the top of the S if ya kno what i mean)
TimmyTM answered Thursday January 19 2006, 7:22 pm: You're given the side of a triangle, and asked to find the complementary side. You're given the area of the triangle. Except, the area of the triangle isn't all that meaningful. But consider a square. Just complete the triangle. The area would be 12. One side of the square is 4. What's the length of the other side? 3. [ TimmyTM's advice column | Ask TimmyTM A Question ]
