Ok here is a question that ponders my mind my mind, any ideas about the answer?? Where do the dinosaurs come in the bible?? and also if God existed forever then what was he doing before he created earth??

Obviously, the people who wrote the Bible didn't know about such things because they didn't exist at the time. They also did not know about dinosaurs. It is generally accepted that dinosaurs did exist, so this makes them a bit different than ipods and reality TV, but there were no "dinosaurs" until the 1800s. What the Bible does talk about it is human nature, and that's basically it. That's the only important stuff, anyway. A lot of things that were true in the Bible (for instance, it being a sin for a woman to wear pants) are not true today. However, many things are true today, such as the belief that it is wrong to murder. But I digress. Greeks and Romans have mythological references to dragons and ogres, and there are ancient Chinese records of actually finding dragon bones! I don't think these myths are something they just made up on the top of their heads (nobody is that creative, a writer needs to be inspired by something), and scholars believe that these "dragon" bones were actually dinosaur bones. And they found them thousands of years ago.
Actually, a few people have said that there are similar references to these in the Bible.

People today are STILL arguing whether dinosaurs really exsisted and what happened to them. Of course they aren't mentioned in the bible they were alive like 65 million years ago - way before people. The bible was only written like 2000 years ago or something. Nobody knows what God was doing before he created the earth because no one has ever talked to God so no one would know the real answer to these questions.
EDIT--
"uh huh... ok no one was around when adam and eve were there, to write tha bible at least, the 12 apostles wrote the bible and they wrote down what happened cuz Jesus told them duh, if dinosaurs existed (whicht hey do) im wondeign WHy they wrerent mentioned"
The dinosaurs were here MILLIONS of years before Adam and Eve, that's why no one even knew about them. It was recently that we started digging up and learning about dinosaurs. So now why did you give me a one? [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]
TimmyTM answered Monday January 16 2006, 11:15 pm: Dinosaurs and god are NOT mutually exclusive. If there's god, it's possible dinosaurs existed.
The concept of deity immortality is not something I buy into, as that's precisely the question to ask. Who created god? Some will say "God always existed", but that doesn't make sense to me, and turns god into just another constant in the universe. There seems to be an assumption that there has to be a First Cause. I don't buy into that anymore. [ TimmyTM's advice column | Ask TimmyTM A Question ]
