apprently i dont have 'cookies' setup on my computer and i dont understand how to get it on my computer. so what is a site where i can post quotes and have a nice layout, ect. thanks a bunch...also if you know how to do the cookies thing for AOL Explorer even better!! mwah thank you!

To make sure that you can have cookies on your computer: Click on the start menu. Go to the Control Panel. There look for Internet Properties. Go to that Privacy tab. There you can list what websites are allowed to leave cookies on your computer. Click on the sites... button and you can list each of them individually.
