for the past 3 months ive been doing 100 situps a day. (2 diff. kinds) and they work a little, but i still have a little bit of fat i want to get rid of. anyone know any good exercises for a flatter stomach?

if you do situp's like on a ball or w/weights or something that might help more then just regular sit ups..sorry i dont know if you do that already..cause you werent very clear... xoxox jenny xox

you could walk or run everyday. it gets harder since its winter and its cold outside tho! do it with a friend who lives in your neighorhood and it wont seem like that big of a deal.
