stomach for the past 3 months ive been doing 100 situps a day. (2 diff. kinds) and they work a little, but i still have a little bit of fat i want to get rid of. anyone know any good exercises for a flatter stomach?

if you do situp's like on a ball or w/weights or something that might help more then just regular sit ups..sorry i dont know if you do that already..cause you werent very clear... xoxox jenny xox ]

you could walk or run everyday. it gets harder since its winter and its cold outside tho! do it with a friend who lives in your neighorhood and it wont seem like that big of a deal.
