for the past 3 months ive been doing 100 situps a day. (2 diff. kinds) and they work a little, but i still have a little bit of fat i want to get rid of. anyone know any good exercises for a flatter stomach?
H0LDM3CL0S3 answered Saturday January 14 2006, 10:45 pm: you could walk or run everyday. it gets harder since its winter and its cold outside tho! do it with a friend who lives in your neighorhood and it wont seem like that big of a deal.
