Cellulite

Does anyone know any tips or tricks in getting rid or reducing the appearance of cellulite? (If there are any other than plastic surgery). I cant stand it at all!! I feel that my upper back legs and butt are so gross. Please Help! (Sorry this is kind of nasty). Ill rate.

i believe working out your leg muscles help.. like using the machines at the gym. it will make your skin appear firmer and nicer looking

This site can help you . If you're willing to exercise. I don't know exactly what they are talking about .. but you might have a better chance then i did on understanding it.
