You know the grey box with a song in it that you can put on your profile? Do any of you guys know a site where i can find a specific song or just lists of songs in that form to add to my profile? (note not music video codes)

you have to get them from myspace. you go to music and find the artist you want. Then on there site there should be a list of music if the song you want is there just click add and it will automaticaly go on your myspace.
