Are the following the symptoms of anything? If so, what?

-Backache
-Feeling nauseated
-Stomach cramps that aren't very painfull
-Feeling like you have to pee a lot

It sounds like just annoying period pains to me. But they can be signs of anything. No on can tell you for sure except a doctor.

Those are symptoms of being pregnant. Have you had unprotected sex lately? Or have you had sex at all, and maybe the condom broke? Missed a period? Get a home pregnancy test if you have had sex.

If you have not had sex recently, missed a period, and a home pregnancy test comes back negative, go see your doctor.
