they have a backround with hearts made by psp 7
does anyone know how to make those hearts?

But in psp7
I think you mean the shapes..?
you click on the icon with the square and circle overlapping [hovering over it..it should say: preset shapes] and look through the shapes..there's a few heart shapes in there.
