okay. im not fat or anything. but i like to work out. to keep my matabalism[sp?] up and to get stronger. does anyone have any exercises, work out rountines, etc. that are not on video that i can do? thanks!

To maintain a healthy weight, exercise and diet are both required; so keep that in mind.

As far as an exercise routine goes, a few good activities that can simply assist in porportioning the body in it's entirety would be anything that gets the blood circulation goin', such as: jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, walking, and bicycle riding. Another thing, if you have access to a heated pool, water aerobics work like a charm!!


Also, I've never done yoga or pilates, personally, but people swear by them. So, I think that's worth a shot. If you're interested in that, check out:

To tone your triceps (I do this one and it performs miracles, by the way!):
