I don't know what I did but my desktop now looks like this...

I want to get rid of the thing on the left side but I dont' know how.. I cant even move my icons around anymore. PLEASE HELP ME! I will rate you high as long as you can help me!

hm.. I've never seen that before! try right-clicking it and looking for a "close" button. or look under folder tasks, but I'm guessing you already did.. try restarting your computer too I suppose! couldn't hurt! ♥
