Question Posted Wednesday January 4 2006, 12:05 pm
I brought some trousers for yoga in the sales. They're really comfy and I'd like to keep them, but they're white and a little on the see through side - not what I have in mind for exercise clothes. The fabric is 47% cotton, but the rest is synthetic fibres (49% viscose and 4% elastane) - would dyeing them work, or is the synthetic content too high for that? Thanks in advance.
DancinCutie08 answered Wednesday January 4 2006, 4:04 pm: you can dye then but chances are they they would look kinda pastelly.. and the color make not last that long and it make look kinda spotted. i would recomend like tie dying them so that you dont have to worry about the uneven spots or maybe try dying them in like airbrush paint. it will take alot more work but you will prob get better results [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
