okay .. i'm a 14/f ...5'2-5'3 and 95-100 lbs. i was wondering - how do i lose about 10 lbs ...? i know that i am overweight, so i was wondering if you had any tips? thank you very very much:) ...

ok you are NOT overweight. you could be borderline for UNDERweight. at 14, i was also 5'2-5'3 and I weighed 120...I was healthy and in shape. you don't need to lose any weight!
but if you must lose some (no more than 5 please!!!!!!) cut back on sodas, junk food. drink lots of water, eat a little less and workout. NO MORE THAN 5 POUNDS! it's not healthy! <3
