i have a bf but im not sure how to trust him cus when ever im not with him idk how to trust him..so how do i do that

I would help you out on this but I have no background information. Why don't you trust him?? Did he ever do anything bad to you or what? You can't go anywhere in a relationship if you don't trust someone and if you can't trust him, you guys aren't going to last very long. You can't just say I don't trust someone if you don't even know why? If he is the player type then I understand that, but otherwise it doesn't make sence. If he flirts with other girls that doesn't make him a bad person because everyone flirts even if they don't seem to notice.
