Popular people

Question Posted Wednesday September 30 2009, 1:00 am

We all know that there are popular people and unpopular people at school. The popular people are usually the people who dress nicely and get all of the cute guys as b/f's. The unpopular people are totally opposite. I kinda get annoyed with the popular people because I think the only reason the guys like them is because they're popular or because they're pretty. They don't think about how nice they are. Well i just wanted to know how you felt about this. Im curious...

It's a funny thing how school works. You have everybody in the category, the emos, the jocks, the preps, the goths, the skaters. Then you two categories popular and unpopular. I actually fall in the unpopular category. I have never like popular people because of the way they treat everybody. The guys just want the that are popular either because they're hot or becuase they know they can get some. I never understood why there is stuff like that in schools anyways. Why can't everybody just get along. The guys for instance, the majority of them just go for looks and sex. THey don't care how they act or what their personalit is. It's just a guy thing. Their penis is their brain....

Hope this helped out in someway..

Honestly I didn't really consider "popular" people popular in school. The actual dictionary definition of popular is regarded with favor, approval, or affection by people in general. In high school their definition of them being popular was I wear the cute clothes or my parents have the most money, I attract boys not only because I am cute but because I put myself off as easy. But when you take a step back and glance around the only people that like them are themselves. And the funny thing is.. I am in college now and those kids that were popular are working at fast food resturaunts. Being popular and getting everything handed to you in high school affects your future majorly, so my opinion of those popular people are let them screw up their lives by being selfish and conceded. Its not mine or your problem, because deep down you are better then them and you will succeed. Hope I helped hun and never ever let someone get to you, they are not even worth the time. Have a good day!!!

I feel the same way. But it's like the guys never know who they really are. The popular girls are covered with make-up, skinny and not to mention sluty. I HATE how everyone likes them.
