okay, here it goes .. i have a really good life and alot of great friends and a good family. the thing is, though, i have low self confidence. for example, i get jealous really easily and i take things very seriously. also, i gte really annoyed by people who think theyre better than everyone else ( i know, who doesnt get annoyed by those kinds of people, but it just bothers me alot and it just makes me really mad.)when i become friends with people, i overreact and think that theyre gonna be unfaithful to me and talk behind my back. also, when people tell me i'm pretty, the first thought that comes to my mind is, " theyre not telling the truth; they cant think im pretty". i'm kinda shy when im at parties and sometimes i get left out of things because im quiet. but, im very self confident around my best friends and people who are really nice to me. alot of people think im nice, though, and people in the past have taken advantage of me because i forgive people very easily. i dont want to sound selfish saying this, but i need advice lol. do you have any advice on how i can be more self confident ? thanks. =)

When people tell you that you're pretty, don't deny it. If they didn't think you were pretty, then they wouldn't say you are. Listen to them because it will build your self-confidence up a lot. Don't listen to the people that bring you down && say you're ugly, they're more then likely ugly themselves && are jealous of you. Don't be quiet at parties, just talk to your friends. You'll have so much fun && you'll probably meet new people through them && become more social. It's a really good thing that you're nice, but don't let people take advantage of you for it. It's ok to not forgive so easily because people will know not to take advantage of you. Hope that helps you, sweetheart. ♥ ♥
