My problem is I'm too skinny.. And I go to school so it's not easy to go on one of those eat something every hour diets then weightlift later, I know that will work for arms, But what about legs? any suggestions? =[

Get brave and do Squats, Chins, Deadlifts, Barbell Rows and Cleans and Presses, etc. You want to get big? Then you have to train like you really want it. Guess what? No more Cocoa Puffs at midnight or anytime, no more pizza every Friday. You're going to need to get 8-9 hours of sleep per night and be ready to eat massive amounts of food many times a day and train really hard 5-6 times a week. You still want to try and get big?
