fast weight loss hey i need some help over christmas I gained a lil fat i need some suggestions of how to loose it by saturday any advice

well you could exercise alot..running is always good and situps! also eat healthy, cut back on the junk food and stick to your 3 meals each day =)

There is no FAST weight loss.
Exercise..go jogging every morning (and more if you wish) Eat healthy (Don't cut back on meals!) Be active for the next couple of days..maybe you'll lose a pound or two..I doubt it though. Saturday is too soon. ]
