Well sence he does like you then he should have asked you out ! but sence he didnt maybe you should jus do it it's ok dont worry he wont think you are wierd for asking him out are anything ! Or you can flirt with him and wate till he askes or you can jus do it !

Well if he already said he loves you, he would have asked you out by now if he really did. If you just have feelings for him and haven't told him yet, then I think you should tell him exactly how you feel before it's too late. He might find another girl, or something will get in the way, so you have to tell him how you feel. You can't be scared to ask him out anymore because of how long you have known him, and if you two are already friends then I think you should just tell him lightly in a conversation. DON'T be like, "I love you! Will you go out with me?!" but just say, "I have feelings for you .. and I really would like to be more then 'just friends'," and just explain to him the rest.
