okay well im 14 and my boyfriend is 16. we've messed around and stuff but we havent had sex. the other night he told me that his step mom was talking to him and said that he should be careful because my parents could say that he has been doing stuff to me and he could get in big trouble. is that true? i thought the only law was anyone 18 cant do anything sexual with anyone under 18. i dont want to get him introuble so i want to know if what his mom said was true. i rate 5's

yur 14 yur still a minor slow down a bit u got a whole life ahead of you and at the rate yur goin thats only gonna be 30 more years. you shouldnt defile yourself just to stay with yur bf. as to the law no you wouldnt be breaking any laws. you might get disowned from yur parents tho. so u gotta pik yur life or yur bf

ok if she thinks hes over 18 or 18 she could call the authorities and well they cabt do anything but if your mom and his step mom and mom know that hes been and youve been screwing around thats like majoir depression for you and you bf and your parents will lose trust in you thus screwing up your life you gotta think about after effects they are the worst

His step-mom is very mistaken. The law says that a person over 18 and a person younger than 18 can not have any physical/sexual contact. Since neither of you are over 18, you are not breaking the law.
