i just got an xanga but i have no idea how to use it im making an icon site out of it but im not even sure how to get the icons on it
i also want to get a layout on it and i have the code but where do i put it?
please help and thank you so much

As for getting the icons on your page, just right click and "copy" them from someone else. And if they have a right click protection, it's best to find another page, because if that's the case... then finding the code for that specific icon is more trouble than it's worth. But once you've copied it, then make a new blog on your Xanga, and right click "PASTE" them into the box. You'll notice on your new blog page is a tiny little box that says "EDIT HTML". Now, if you want your icon to show up, you have to make sure that the little box is NNNNOOOTTTT checked!
And as far as your layout goes, you just go into your "LOOK & FEEL" page, and paste the code in the wayyyyyy bottom box, entitled, "WEBSITE STATS". The code may have something called a "header", and that goes in the very TOP box on your "LOOK & FEEL" page. You will have to change it to, "INPUT YOUR OWN HEADER", but that's right there in plain view.

i have no idea about the icons... but for the layout... well when you find one you like, there should be a link somewhere on the page, then you copy and paste that link and go to look and feel. then you go down to where it says header, and you click insert mmy own html thing or w/e and then there should be a blank box, so you paste that link into that box.... hope i helped!!! <3 luvs <3

1st you save the icon to your comp then you download something called photobucket and the site to download it is www.photobucket.com then go to your xanga and click on todays date then there is a little icon thing it says picture go to that then go to URL and copy the code that says URL on photobucket if you need anymore help just IM me or ask good luck its super easy when you do it a few times ♥
