anchovy fish paste

Dears.

I am looking for a way,which I can make a whiter color for, Anchovy (oily fish which have dark mussels )fish past with washing system or using chemicals during washing.

I am not entirely sure what you mean????

Your question is not worded very well.

If you mean how can you make the flesh of the fish whiter then I don't think there is a way unless you buy genetically modified anchovied that are packed full of chemicals and have none of the lovely natural taste.

There is nothing wrong with the colour on anchovies the way they are!
