ask her if she sees you being more than just friends. let her know you see her being more than just a friend. you can email her or leave her a myspace message..say this on AIM , write her a letter,call her, or say it in person. first figure out which one you want to do..and just tell her your getting feelings for her and you like her more than just a friend. if she doesnt feel the same way dont worry..i know people always say things will be weird but thats not always true. in fact, it might bring you closer. thats what happened to me. instead of things being weird and awkward, we became closer friends..i didnt let the fact that i told him how i felt and he didnt feel the same way interfere with our friendship..so it wasnt weird for us. and what do ya know...2 months later, we are going out . it just goes to show ya...you never know unless you take a gamble
