okay so i want to edit my pictures. i did it once on my old computer about last week with one of my pictures. like i want it to look really pixelated like this maybe even more pixelated>>>>

Hmmm, well what type of computer do you have?? Because i have hp image zone on mine and you can do it from there with your pic. Just send me a message, about your comp type and stuff: to check if you have it or not. And if so ill help you from there. But you dont have to pay for Photoshop i dont think, but im unsure. :)
