Booooooyyyyys. Lol. Just get eyecontact, if the guy responds go for it and say hi, ask him what his name is, how old he is, ect. Touch his arm softly to give him the impression that you like him, and giggle if he says something funny. Just flirt and be yourself.

I don't agree with what he said below me. But here is my advice: look them in the eyes and smile at them. Don't break eye contact for atleast 3 mississippi seconds. And make sure your smile isn't like a spaz would smile..just a kind little smile. A conversation starter would be, which school do you go to? Just remember that you are beautiful so you have no reason to be shy. And most of all, have fun =).
