alright,
you have to have the song saved on your computer first.
most places you can right click and click "save target as" and it will download it free to your computer.
then you have to go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
and then you log in.
and then go to "my files" on that site
then go to "upload files" then you can you have to find it on your computer.
and then upload it.
then you go to 'my files'
and then next to the song, click get codes.

If you mean for myspace, just go under music and search for the band you want. Then, when you see the song you want by them just click the thing that says add.

Usually if you right click your mouse on the song you are interested in it will give you that info under properties. Hope that helps you out. :)
