Well since it`s a long way to Arkansas and it`s to see your brother, then I`d tell you to go see your brother. You can always go to parties but you won`t always see your brother. I`m not saying this will happen but if you don`t go to see your brother you stay behind to go to some lame parties, what if something happens to your brother and you never see him again? Would you feel bad and guilty for not going ? I would. So I mean it`s your choice. But I would rather put family first and then friends. There will always be parties you can go to.
