hey i am 4,11 and i weigh 100 and 5 pounds. because im short it seems like im fatter in my things area. Any idea how to lose wight there and stay like that. also any ideas on how i can grow
You can't really lose weight in your thighs but you can tone them. You can run, jog, do squats, lunges, and other leg exercises. Just stay active, really. As for your height, you can't make yourself grow. There are no pills that will help. Just provide your body with calcium to make your bones stronger and that will eventually help.
