Teza answered Sunday December 18 2005, 3:03 pm: I hate being short & I'm 5'1. :( Lol anyways, there really isn't any way that you can grow taller. As you get older you probablly will, but for now you just have to get your proteins & calcium. That's what all the doctors say. Sorry though.. there isn't anything else. First, of all when stupid fuckers say, mean things to you - ignore them. Don't let it get to you. The only reason they do it is because they know it bothers you.
First, there is NO exercise which can reduce fat from a specific area of your body like your hips, thighs or butt. The only way to lose fat off your thighs, hips & butt is by changing your eating habits. Basically, if you want to lose weight off of a certain part of your body, you need to like, RUN. You'll be exercising your legs, but when you lose weight in your legs, when you run - you lose weight everywhere. Or gain muscle.
