I have a crush on this boy at my school. The problem is I am not seen as the most attractive girl at my school (okay I am just down right ugly!) and my crush and I are both of different races. What should I do? Because I really like this boy (I am a girl by the way) and I want him to make the first move so I do not make a fool of myself.

I dont think you should think of your self as "down right ugly" that right there tells me you feel sorry for your self by calling you self that, trust me every ones shy when it comes to crshes. you have to at least try to talk to him about any thing use an excuss like "what time is it?" its simple and a little lame but at least you did something to start a conversation. it will be up to him to continue it.
As for your apperance if you really find your self ugly. try some make up, skin products, or a diffrent hair style. but i really dont think you could be "down right ugly"

^ I'm not trying to be cheesy but, it's true.
Anyways, there's nothing wrong with you crushing on a diffrent race. If your not sure if he is having the same feelings, flirt alittle or try to talk to him some more. But if you want him to make the 1st move ..I don't know because remember he does'nt know you have a crush on him. Hope I helped =D [ hEythErex3's advice column | Ask hEythErex3 A Question ]
