Question Posted Thursday December 15 2005, 9:35 pm
So recently I've been waking up and finding that on my legs/arms, random bruises are appearing on my body. I'm at the point that I cheak my arms and legs before I go to bed & think back to if I hit anything. Im wondering if this could be a sign for anything that I should be worried about medically, or maybe I'm just paranoid? Thanks & I'll rate.

You may be having a bad dream in the middle of the night and take out your fear or anger on your own body without even knowing it. It's probably nothing too serious. If it keeps up for awhile longer then you might want to consider seeing a doctor or something. [ Kristen03's advice column | Ask Kristen03 A Question ]

You need to make an appointment with a Doctor. If you have found that you are not waking up in the middle of the night and sleepwalking or hitting things in your sleep, you might have something wrong with you medically. Be safe and get it checked out. Good luck. Happy holidays.

Tell your mom about it and have her put tape on the outside of your door or something. See if its broken in the morning.
