I read a book called "Go Ask Alice", she explains her drug addiction. It was a true story. She stopped for a long time and ended up dying from an overdose about 6 months after stopping. You need to have control over yourself and what you do. Don't allow yourself to even be AROUND drugs, that'll just make you crave it more. As for cutting, make sure you have no objects that you may use around..Get rid of all of them. Whenever you think about cutting for anger or stress, squeeze a pillow instead. Don't hurt your body. Smoking is the same as drugs. [ Kristen03's advice column | Ask Kristen03 A Question ]
