You have gone so long without these things that it can be tempting to go back to old habits, but it isn't worth it. Think of how strong you have been until this point. It's natural for you to want to go back to things that made you feel good. Maybe talking to a friend would help. They could help you take your mind off of it

That's what drugs do to you, it's a very strong addiction that gives you cravings to do it more and more. I read a book called "Go Ask Alice", she explains her drug addiction. It was a true story. She stopped for a long time and ended up dying from an overdose about 6 months after stopping. You need to have control over yourself and what you do. Don't allow yourself to even be AROUND drugs, that'll just make you crave it more. As for cutting, make sure you have no objects that you may use around..Get rid of all of them. Whenever you think about cutting for anger or stress, squeeze a pillow instead. Don't hurt your body. Smoking is the same as drugs. ]
when u think about it ry thinking of something else like chocholate ]
Try to focus your mind on something else. Do exercises. Take up a hobby. If you find it helps, visit a councelor at your school. There are also support groups out there. Best of luck. ]
