How long did you diet for?
And if I do just as you did (only minus the physcisian, because that's completely impossible for health reasons) how much do you think I could lose in 3 months?
I'll cut out all fats. ALL fats. Drink ONLY water. And then eat sensibly from there.
And every other free second of my life will be spent weight lifting and bicyle riding (like four hours per day, it would break down to).
Okay, so for three months, how much do you think I could lose?
I know your not a doctor, and it might be hard to say. But coming from someone who's defeated this, in your experience... how much would you assume?
I guess I just need to hear a reasonable goal from someone else!!
I lost about 30 pounds in 2 months. When I started exericisng & dieting. To be completely honest with you, I think when you first start losing weight, you should set a low goal. You know what I mean? I just don't want you to be disapointed if you don't lose a dramatic amount of weight. Weight lifting & Bike riding sound brilliant.
I'd say in about 3 months, you should be able to lose about 20-25 lbs. I know I lost a lot, but that's only because I lost about 4 pounds a week, and that's like brilliant, but that's not exactly for everyone. You could have a fast metabolism? Which will make you lose weight faster, or you could have a slow metabolism which could make you lose weight slower then everyone else.
I'm sorry if I missed ANYTHING, and if I did feel free to IM me sometime or just leave another message in my inbox? Thanks, beautiful. [ naimee's advice column | Ask naimee A Question ]
