-(like suggested below) Those 100 calories snack packs.. they really do work and the best ones i think are the cookies, and/or wheat thins
-Reduced fat Cheeze-its
-Grapes or any other fruits
-yogurt.. yumm :-D
it really doesnt matter what you pay attention to you just have to watch your portions. Portions are what gets everybody. Say your eating Spaghetti.. Watch how much you take, and how much sauce you use, or if your using meat. I mean I really probably shouldn't be talking because I am only 93lbs. and a freshman in HS. But I do watch my weight and all I do is follow the "food Pyramid" and for low fat snacks you can go to Wal-Mart and get those 100 calorie snacks.. they are perty darn good!
