okay when i was younger i slow danced with a lot of guys and i haven't done it in like 3 years because we havent had a dance in forever and someone asked me if i would dance with them at the dance and im not good at it and not sure how to do it. can anyone help me?

Well, put your arms on his shoulders and move. Let him lead, and it shouldnt be very hard, if you've done it before. And if you are so worried about it, practice with a friend

well, that happens to everyone, like it seems like you forget, but when you do it, it all comes back to you. that happened to my friend, she danced with some boys, she didnt dance with boys after that for like, 4monthes, and then someone asked her, and she just remebered, soo dont worry.
