Ibuprofen and CoCodamol
Anyone know how long I can take Ibuprofen for continuously? Same for CoCodamol (Paracetamol - Codeine combo)? One week? More? Less?

I would talk to your doctor. If you're having to take something for pain continuously, they need to know so they can determine what is causing the pain. Generally, unless something is prescribed by your doctor to be taken continuously, you should only take it as needed.

First off - ask a doctor or especially a pharmacist.
You should not take anything with codeine for long - codeine is an opiate and can be addicting - it will also screw you up (taking too much can cause paranoia, taking it at all can cause constipation - doesn't that sound fun).
Ibuprofen is fairly innocuous, but can cause issues with your stomach lining, and taking it for no reason for too long will cause long-term liver and kidney damage.
Taking any medication continuously is generally not good unless it has been prescribed and you follow the regimen with intermittent supervision from a heath professional.
