Save All of your useful files that you want to keep to a disk or floppy and then take the restore CD.

I have this McAfee thing and I right click the icon, then go to virus scan. It scans all my files and if there are any found it cleans them or I have the choice to delete them. Sorry I can't help with another company

Go to My Computer folder thing.
Than right on the C: drive and select properties and then find the disk clean-up button and select than and delete everything ! No files are lost i do this everyday. :) Hope I helped.
