Teza answered Monday December 5 2005, 6:24 pm: Before I used to be really shy. I understand that there will always be people who will like you, and people who won't. If I can't change their minds and make them see different, I won't because it's not worth it. It won't take you a week to become outgoing, it's something you have to work on. It's just changing yourself for the better.. I guess you could say. When I don't know some people, I won't randomly just go up to them but if it's some other people that I've talked to once from different schools, I'll just say heyy & so on. Just tell yourself, if you want more friends, meet new people & be outgoing then talk to people. They won't think bad about you if you are saying hi and start a conversation. You just have to have fun with it and stop worrying about what people will think of you because that's what will screw you over every time. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
