how i can know that a person who is really luv me or not

i m priya,i m only 18 yrs old(f)
i m in luv with someone,& i want to know that he really luv me or not,if he doesn't luv me so how can i flirt with him Plz give me some advice & steps for flirting with him,& how can i forget him so early,& my affair is running with 1yr continuously,he don't talk me for dating even i m always say him that for meeting with me.he never incurred expense on me.
