is it the milk?

i dont get much calcium in my diet, tonight a had about...32 fl oz of milk, and now i feel really sick, is it the milk thats making me sick? it wasnt expired or anything.

Well, it could be that you just simply drank too much milk. Sometimes that gives people a stomach ache. Also, the milk could have been bad. Check for that. Also, if you haven't had milk in awhile sometimes your body rejects the think that you eat but haven't in awhile because it isn't use to it. Try taking some Mylanta or something over the counter to dull your pain. Also, a good way to incorporate Calcium in your diet is by chewing calcium chews. You can get them at your local drug store or grocery store or WalMart or whatever. The best brand is Viactiv and they come in all sorts of flavors. So try that. I am sure you will get to feeling better soon. :)
