okay i cannot find ANY pants that fit my thighs are too skinny =/ .. do you know any place where i could qet pants in like a size 00 or 0 that would fit me in the thighs and waste , because i like them tighter in the legs and that are cheep ? - im 13 if that helps

Wow I am the same way, kinda. The best place to go would definetly be Abercrombie Kids, Abercrombie, & Hollister. Yeah that's a lot of money but they have clearences with really good jeans on them. And also, I have pants from Kohls that run low on money but are also tight, because I know a lot of people like their jeans tight. So if I were too choose, definetly one of those stores.
