Question Posted Thursday December 1 2005, 4:24 pm

(13/f)hey.. i know that doing sit ups makes your stomach flatter.. but it only seems to be working on my upper stomach.. but its not working on my lower stomach. Do you have any exercises that work for the lower stomach.. because i have abs on my upper stomach, but i want them on the lower also.
thanks, so much.

Here is what the problem may be: you're exercising, and the muscles are tight underneath, but there is flab over top of that. So, basically you have to diet. However, if you diet, you're not going to be able to chose where the fat is going to come off of. You should maintain a healthy diet (I wouldn't go with a diet plan being that you're only 13) and exercise. Burn more calories than you intake.
