Adobe is good but there is another one called GIMP. I've used it for a while and it's always been good and always worked for me. Also most digital cameras you buy will come with some sort of CD that has like a photoshop or somesort. If you need anymore information just ask.

I hoped I've helped.

Well, what i do is :

Buy a digital camera, doesn't even matter what price it is. Cheapest one you'll probably find that doesn't really suck is about 20$.. it automatically comes with a photoshop CD. So all you have to do is install, and get at it :) I say it's well worth it! Because there you go.. Your digital camera & your photoshop!

The GIMP has most (if not all) of the features that Adobe Photoshop has, and it can do other things that Photoshop can't do (like animations), and it's free. I think Photoshop is easier to use, but that's probably because I've started using it a few years earlier. The GIMP is definitely worth trying. You can download it at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).
