So first put down a base coat of skin colored cover-up, than a yellowish orange tint, then foundation. It should cover a little better. Phsyician's Formula (sold at Wal*Mart) sells a pre-made yellowish orange tint. If you don't feel like spending the money, you can use a yellowish orange tinted eyeshadow(so as long as it isn't sparkely or whatever). Good luck. You just pop it in the freezer until it gets ice cold then close your eyes and lay the round part of the spoon against your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Another option is using a slice of cold cucumber or potato. Just cut 2 slices, close your eyes, place the slices over your eyes and lay back for 15-20 minutes.
I have heard that drinking tomato juice helps reduce circles. I have also heard that drinking lots of water may help.
Mix equal parts almond oil and honey. Massage on dark circles daily before bed. Wash your face clean in the morning. Alternate hot and cold clothes under your eyes for 10 minutes.
It is possible that you're low on iron or not getting enough sleep. Try taking a good quality multivitamin (I recommend One-a-day) and making sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
